As a Software Developer, you will have many interactions a day with supportive, cross-functional teammates in a scrum environment that values achieving goals and delivering product improvements. Expect to touch Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, and SQL regularly. Expect your code and architecture to be constructively challenged, along with (if desired) your basketball, badminton, tennis, pool, ping pong, and board game skills!

Responsibilities:

  • Work in cross-functional scrum team to achieve regular sprint goals
  • Design and develop robust full-stack solutions (HTML, CSS, Ruby, Node.js, React, SQL, ElasticSearch)

Experience/Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Web application development experience in Ruby on Rails (or other modern MVC framework)
  • Knowledge of XHTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • A solid understanding of OO design, all Computer Science fundamentals and NoSQL and SQL database concepts and performance
