Director of Revenue and Growth

As the Director of Revenue & Growth, you will be responsible for constant A/B testing, funnel optimization, marketing creatives, acquisition user experience, payment and pricing, and other product marketing activities that maximize our revenue. You will oversee the Product Marketing team, work closely with the Product, Analytics, and Acquisition teams, and report directly to the CEO.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Product Experience for User Acquisition 
    • Be responsible for product experience from the top of the marketing funnel to payment
    • Identify, segment, and define the product experience and product mix for each market
    • Design, manage, and analyze constant A/B tests of user experiences, including but not limited to landing pages, search results page, and payment experiences
  • Ad Creatives
    • Come up with new ad creatives every week, including but not limited to text ads, image ads, social ads, advertorials, content marketing, and video ads
    • Manage, improve, and scale the process of creating new ads and marketing assets
    • Manage and scale the content calendar and content marketing
  • Pricing Strategy
    • Design, manage, and analyze constant A/B tests for prices and promotions
    • Define and execute a pricing strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objective
  • Placement & Distribution
    • Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, Display, Social, Affiliate, and Content Marketing
    • Optimize the product and funnel experience for different ad placements in various marketing channels
    • Manage and iteratively improve the performance of each step in the marketing funnel
  • Promotions
    • Come up with different marketing promotions for different market segments
    • Incorporate the promotion strategy to the overall product and pricing strategies
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage the Product Marketing team
    • Establish and refine digital marketing processes, from ad creation and creative testing, to campaign analysis and optimization
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to develop budgets and forecast


  • 7+ years of experience with direct-response marketing
  • 3+ years of experience with display and paid social marketing
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in growing and mentoring high-performing teams
  • 2+ years of experience with subscription business model
  • Experience in managing an annual spend of more than $10M
  • Experience in building a brand through digital marketing
  • Experience with affiliate marketing
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Kenshoo/Marin/Doubleclick, and Chartio/Tableau
  • Strategic vision to drive growth in digital marketing channels
  • Expert Excel skills and analytical ability
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
