Product Manager - Leadership Advisory Services

Position Summary
As a Product Manager based in Boston, you will be a part of creating extraordinary leadership solutions. You will bridge the technical, scientific and business worlds as you prototype solutions that our clients love. You will work with individuals from Leadership Advisory Services (LAS), Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Development and Finance, to name just a few. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into processes, activities and communications that drive solution development at speed.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing new solutions to support the growth of LAS worldwide. This includes piloting new products and services and working closely with our LAS, Engineering and other solution areas to define the right approach to building valuable client solutions. With eyes focused squarely on the future, we work closely with creative and prolific scientists, designers and engineers to help design and develop solutions that improve leadership and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities and define innovation vision and strategy.
  • Launch research and development projects on a regular basis.
  • Understand client needs and model experiential journeys and use-cases and gather specific functional and emotional requirements.
  • Pilot and develop new products and services, and enhance existing solutions.
  • Engage closely with the Research and Engineering teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
Ideal Experience
  • BA/BS in product management, social science, computer science or related technical field or equivalent required; MS, MDA or PhD preferred.
  • Two to four years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with product management and product design with some experience in software products.
  • Experience developing service-related products and technologies.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, research, design, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing.
  • Professional services industry and people/talent consulting businesses experience is a plus.
  • Ability to evolve innovation and solution strategies based on research, data and industry trends.
