Associate Team
Partnering with a Consultant(s), Associates are responsible for developing a holistic execution strategy at the start of each search. Associates participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in the development of the position specification, target list of companies and initial list of prospects. In addition, Associates advise clients through regular updates, providing them with market feedback and insights into an executive's motivations, strengths and development needs. They learn to anticipate client needs and drive the search to close, while developing targeted knowledge of candidate pools across multiple functions within their industry of focus.

Position Summary
As an experienced member of the team, Associates execute searches by identifying, attracting and developing candidate pipelines who align to the client spec. As a critical client and candidate partner, they own the validation and assessment of business experience and professional capabilities using our proprietary tools before providing a recommendation for client and role alignment.

Prior Accomplishments
Successful candidates will have professional presence and bring an intuition for business, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, domain expertise and client advisory skills to our global team. They are proficient in project management, candidate management, and communication strategy development and delivery. In addition, ideal candidates have been successful in matrixed environments and use relevant and proactive engagement methods with internal partners and clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials, advanced degree is desirable.
  • 4+ years of experience in executive search, professional services or another relevant corporate environment.
  • Consumer and/or Retail industry domain expertise
