TITLE: Lead Software Developer (Multiple Positions)
LOCATION: St. Louis, MO
JOB SUMMARY: Contribute to the team responsible for the design, development, modification, enhancement, and implementation of software systems designed to support new and existing business initiatives. Support, troubleshoot, and develop enterprise buy-flows and web services for the backend. Analyze and develop solutions based on customer requirements. Design, develop, modify, and implement applications or services designed to support the organization's applications. Write code and perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner to improve application performance and functionality. Assist with the development and implementation of strategies for migration, consolidation, and upgrade of system components. Lead code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards. Provide input to development teams. Project and establish a framework for upcoming projects and initiatives so they are accomplished with speed and precision. Influence system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements. Analyze and resolve computer-related problems by coordinating with internal team members (project management, architects, and system administrators) to diagnose and fix the operational difficulty. Consult, advise, and train on specialized features and functions. Resolve incidents and problems for production applications and web services supported by the team in accordance with identified service level agreements. Recommend efficiencies on various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs. Design, code, develop, and test applications using JavaScript. Build and develop Enterprise Web Applications utilizing Angular. Utilize HTML and CSS to develop web applications. Utilize Microservices to build single-page web applications.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 4 years of experience designing, coding, developing, and testing applications in JavaScript. 3 years of experience building and developing Enterprise Web applications utilizing Angular; and, utilizing HTML and CSS to develop web applications. 2 years of experience utilizing Microservices to build single-page web applications.
A hybrid (office and remote) arrangement is available.
