Senior Project Manager Workforce Management
Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Workforce Management to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, engagement, and operational efficiency across North America. This role will manage all phases of the project lifecycle-including scope definition, design, scheduling, resource coordination, testing, deployment, and adoption-to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Our corporate division oversees the administrative, finance, human resources, information technology, legal, marketing, recruiting, sales, and supply functions at Sodexo. Holding a corporate role places you at the core of all Sodexo's operations.
**This is a remote role with the successful candidate residing anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel will be required based on business needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop project charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional workforce management initiatives from initiation to deployment and define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive automation, labor optimization, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation (SOWs).
- Build effective relationships across HR, IT, and Operations to ensure project alignment.
- Lead change management and user adoption planning for new technologies or processes.
- Coordinate pilot testing, rollout planning, and post-deployment transition to business teams and validate pilot success criteria ensuring smooth handoff to operations and support.

What You Bring
- Advanced expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of workforce management platforms (e.g., UKG preferred) and labor optimization practices.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and organizational change management.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strong business acumen.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Experience managing projects in large, matrixed organizations (e.g., Sodexo or similar) preferred.
