The Good Eating Company is seeking ever-curious culinarians to join our food innovation journey and craft an authentic, chef-driven program for our brand-new food truck in San Jose, CA. This is a rare opportunity to lead a mobile culinary experience from the ground up, bringing bold flavors and creative energy to the streets of Silicon Valley.

What You'll Do
- Design and execute a seasonal, trend-forward menu that reflects our chef-driven philosophy
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, inventory, food safety, and truck logistics
- Hire, train, and inspire a small team of culinary professionals
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service
- Collaborate with leadership on brand development and food innovation, client gatherings and Pop up's

What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, ideally in a fast-paced or mobile kitchen setting
- Passion for street food, sustainability, and culinary creativity
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a startup environment
- A valid driver's license
