Product Manager, Minis

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Minis PM team, you will drive the future of our Minis Platform by ensuring it has the functionality it needs to empower creative developers to build delightful experiences for our users within Snapchat. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, partnerships and external partners to bring novel solutions to help Snap Minis and Games achieve its potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to develop and launch new platform experiences that delight our users and maximize success for our partners

  • Define the business goals, create and manage a feature backlog, and drive a long-term roadmap for Snap’s Minis Platform team

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, user research and measurement teams to explore patterns and trends and identify new opportunities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities for our Minis Platform

  • Closely monitor and measure results

  • Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations, both tactically and strategically

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a internet, mobile app, developer platform or gaming-focused company

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, science, mathematics, or other technical field or equivalent experience

  • Extraordinary communication skills and experience presenting complex topics to broad audiences

  • Deep knowledge of 1 or more verticals in the app industry, trends and business model evolution

  • Experience building developer-focused products and services

  • Experience with HTML5 and javascript development is a plus

  • Ability to execute with limited oversight and guidance

  • Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Comfort in managing ambiguity

  • A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams

  • A passion for Snapchat, gaming and creativity!
