We're looking for a Sr. Manager of Digital & SEM to join our dynamic fast-paced Marketing team. The Sr. Mgr of Digital & SEM will lead day to day strategy and buying across Search efforts globally as well as working closely with the Digital Media & Acquisition team to globally set the standard for our digital media investment strategies.

Responsibilities


  • Act as strategic planning lead across all digital channels actively leading the full funnel strategic planning with focus on upper funnel program development and implementation

  • Function as company lead for key Digital and SEM partner relationships including Social and Search (Facebook, Pinterest, Verizon Media, Google, Bing, Yelp, Yext, etc.)

  • Act as point of accountability for all search strategies managing a growing team in US and International markets

  • Work closely with analytics, E-Commerce, Comms and media strategy teams to ensure clean measurement and alignment to holistic company strategy

  • Leverage MMM/MTA data to inform incrementality of digital and search efforts through the full funnel

  • Develop extensive testing roadmap to position search program as industry leader and take advantage of emerging ad formats

  • Have an "always on" mentality to jump on key trends and drive real time optimizations

  • Act as subject matter expert on search operations, improving process efficiency and ROI


Qualifications


  • 5-8 years of Digital & search experience on agency or client side

  • 2-4 years of search team management experience managing at least one direct report

  • Experience with large annual budgets and the joint business planning process

  • Knowledge building a search program from scratch - KW/Copy development, measurement, reporting, tagging, audience strategies, shopping strategies

  • Knowledge of modern search platforms including Adwords, BingAds, Amazon, Yelp, Yext, Google My Business, Google Merchant Center

  • Ability to look at data, see trends, and make recommendations/act quickly

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with total accountability. A sense of humor, positive attitude, no ego, and strong initiative

  • Knowledge of ad-tech platforms like an ad server (Sizmek or DCM), demand side platform (DSP), Preferred Marketing Developers (PMD's), Facebook Business Manager, analytics tools (Google Analytics or HEAP), tag management, etc.

  • Working knowledge of insights and analytics tools

  • Comfortable becoming an expert in digital media and a willingness to manage campaigns from start to finish

  • Ability to look at data/numbers to see trends and make recommendations

  • Experience in the health and/or beauty industry is a plus

  • A sense of humor and passion for making people smile


Preferred, but not mandatory:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with MMM/MTA platforms

  • Experience with organic search strategies for enterprise level businesses
