REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT AGENT Description As part of the Revenue Cycle Management team you will focus in helping the customer verify any adult orthodontic coverage they may have and assisting them in the submission of their un-assigned claim for reimbursement that will be made directly to the customer. Main responsibilities are not limited to: Accurate data entry of all patient information. Review documents and Fill in the necessary paper work, in order to summit to customers. Upload documents and customers submissions in smile check. Answer customers inquiries via email and / or phone calls. Special Projects and other duties as needed. Requirements A year of experience in data entry. English proficiency B2+ C1 (Written and Speaking). Excellent communication skills. Analytical skills. Attention to detail. Multitask. Great attitude and willingness to help others. Team player. Problem solving skills. Work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office
