What is SmileDirectClub?

The company is the first digital brand for straightening your smile, created after the realization that recent trends in 3D printing and telehealth could bring about disruptive change to the clear aligner market by matching licensed professionals, a quality clear-aligner product, and customers together.

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Grintern will help with daily campaign management, as well as collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategically targeted marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

How you will make an impact:

  • Support content creation & optimization
  • Assist with email deployment, quality assurance, and promotion fulfillment.
  • Support communication strategy throughout customer journey to deliver an incredible customer experience
  • Review reporting & analytics for CRM channels, and provide insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team & entire organization on CRM communication initiatives
  • Learn & grow in your digital marketing expertise.

Qualifications

It will really make us smile if you...
  • Are actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in a marketing or related field
  • Are currently enrolled full-time and qualify as a 'Rising Senior'
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Have a self-starter personality that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Are a creative thinker and a positive attitude
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are eager to learn new technologies as required
  • Are passionate about making people smile
  • Are highly curious and have a strong drive for results
