Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, sms, social media & email.
  • Work with both inbound and outbound customer contacts in a fun and team-oriented environment.
  • Provide a positive and supportive experience for every costumer you speak with when answering questions about their treatment.
  • Contact costumers to remind them to continue with the treatment process (next aligner).
  • Focused on first contact resolution in all customer interactions.
  • Take the assigned portable computer home every day, in order to maintain connectivity to SDC and ability to perform required tasks offsite if required.


  • English proficiency C1 (Written and Speaking) required.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills required.
  • Manages Ambiguity.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Time management skills.
  • Stress management.
