SmileDirectClub is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to understand the SDC experience from start to finish, particularly around our SmileShop locations - strategically thinking of and executing on proposed changes to improve the experience of our customers.


  • Work with Google, Apple Maps, Waze, and other wayfinding platforms to get the most accurate information in front of our customers.
  • Test multiple platforms to confirm accuracy of each location, including pins, images, and other wayfinding tips.
  • Collaborate with the SmileShop team to understand customer feedback and act quickly to make changes that better service our customers.
  • Help create a seamless experience from the time a customer books a SmileShop scan to the time they arrive for their appointment.

  • Experience working with Google, Yext, and other wayfinding platforms
  • Experience in QA or customer experience
