Smashbox-Store Planner Coordinator

To support the Planning team, Sales Team and Key Accounts by facilitating Administrative needs and providing superior Customer Service

Account Management:

  • Sales & Inventory Analysis – Door & Sku level to ensure Retailer's order sufficiently
  • Responsible for basic and launch top sku WOS analysis and communication to the Planner
  • Allocate launch orders by door with accounts where applicable Ex Dillards
  • Publish and recap launch sell-thru reports weekly
  • Provide retailers launch set up information
  • Provide Planner with sell-thru by launch and by door and make recommendations for future allocations by door
  • Manage and track all Collateral Passport Orders
  • Manage excess and obsolete non-saleable & collateral items in PADC indicating when items are no longer required to be held in inventory
  • Maintain and communicate all retail account order forms
  • Maintain Retailer RA# requests
  • Manage NA disco list by retailer and track on-hands 6 – 12 months out
  • Manage Viva Box process
  • Manage New door Opening process
  • Maintain door alignments
  • Prepare and submit all retailer no charge orders
  • Prepare and submit to retailers customized NIF (New Item Form)

Data Warehouse:

  • Prepare weekly sales reports by account/topside: Retailer Sales by door and Weekly MOB
  • Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports by account: Audited Sales, MOB, Item Ranking Report
  • Update sales on Side by Side Calendars
  • Upload monthly audited sales by account
  • Annually assist with Audited sales planning
  • Assist in pulling reports as needed for meetings or visits


  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Ability to review and analyze stock and sales plans
  • Ability to analyze and review large amount of data in Excel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self starter and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of inventory models and metrics
  • Understanding of forecasting and replenishment planning tools and systems a plus
