Manager, Consumer & Product Marketing (North America)

We are currently seeking a Manager, Consumer and Product Marketing North America to join our exceptional team in Culver City, CA.
Analyze internal sales trends, market and consumer trends and develop accurate sales projections by category and key subcategory, collaborating closely with Sales Account Directors, Consumer and Product Marketing.
Provide NA market intel to the global product marketing and consumer engagement teams to inform and guide the product development and consumer engagement planning respecting key milestones in the process. Propose recommendations, gain buy in and develop retailer and NA specific products and programs <kits, sampling, holiday, loyalty programs, gwps etc.> Provide competitive analysis, insights and relevant examples Partner with Global Marketing and Global Brand Supply Chain on the development of retailer exclusive kits and promotional programs (paid sampling vehicles, GWP’s, etc.). Execute fast track programs specifically for NA when necessary. Assist in the development of highly productive nation-wide assortment plan by working closely with Sales Account Directors, Merchandising team and Demand Planning. Partner with sales and merchandising to communicate the NA strategy, provide sales/productivity to tailor national assortments for key channels, DMAs and doors.
Support NA ED Marketing to plan and execute a comprehensive, 360 degree consumer engagement plan. Drive sales and evolve business model by identifying KPIs and measuring program effectiveness and ROI. Partner with retailers on acquiring CRM data, analysis and action steps for message optimization (attract new consumers, drive conversion, recruit from mass). Attract and convert new consumer segments (Latina, millennial, multi-ethnic consumer) with targeted efforts Robust efforts to reach Beauty Loyalist in each Channel <VIB’s, Optimum, etc >
Develop strategies and recommendations for localization opportunities in key DMAs/top doors, cities and geographic regions, embracing the multi-ethnic consumer and focusing on the areas of highest potential. Partner with necessary stakeholders including global support teams (PR, FSSS, mktg, creative, merch, social/influencers), sales key retailers and field persons required to successfully execute local programs. Approach initiatives with test & learn strategy by identify KPIs, objectives for key programs as well as measure A&P effectiveness with the goal that it can be adapted and scaled if successful. Participate in Field Sales / Marketing conference calls to strengthen communication on marketing initiatives.
Position requires 5+ years or relevant work experience Must be strategic thinker, well-organized, flexible, independent, self-starter, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail Must have strong management, creative, analytical, communications and computer skills.
