Internship - Assistant Marketing - Smashbox - EMEA - (H/F)


Trade Marketing

    • Develop 360 presentations for Fall 2018 launches (Studio Skin Foundation, Cover Shot), Holiday 2018 & Spring 2019 (LA Cover Shot Palette, Gloss Angeles, Studio Skin Concealer) to recap all available Marketing tools for affiliates and implement launch feedback report for Summer 2018 launches (Superfan Mascara, Primer Water Juices, Cali Contour Palette )
    • Benchmark retail activities of competition and trends on social media and among influencers
    • Follow up on all affiliates launch tools (sampling, GWP, POSM)

Affiliates marketing coordination
    • Daily support for Affiliates (visuals, marketing tools, presentations, etc...)

Business development
    • Consolidate monthly sales performance of H1 FY19
    • Track distribution rollout expansion plan H1 FY19 by country
    • Follow up on stock level of newness and collaterals
    • Support manager in preparing presentations & marketing seminar of Regional Roundtable taking place in September 2018

Support to Brand VP

The successful candidate will ideally have a marketing/business background and currently be in his/her final year of studies. (S)He will demonstrate initiative and work relatively autonomously, without the need to be directed in minute detail every day. (S)He will be a conscientious team player, enjoy working to deadlines and effectively communicating with people at all levels. Excellent organisational and analytical skills are essential in addition to being proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This role would appeal most to candidates who would enjoy working in a small, friendly office. Fluent in E nglish with some exposure to the beauty, fashion or consumer goods industry will be much appreciated.

  • Ø Trade Marketing :
    • Développer les présentations 360 de lancements Fall 2018 (Studio Skin Foundation, Cover Shot), Holiday 2018 & Spring 2019 (LA Cover Shot Palette, Gloss Angeles, Studio Skin Concealer) ainsi que mettre en place le bilan de lancement des campagnes Summer 2018 (Superfan Mascara, Primer Water Juices, Cali Contour Palette )
    • Analyse de veille concurrentielle retail et tendances sur les réseaux sociaux
    • Faire le suivi des envois des moyens moteurs pour les pays (échantillons, cadeaux, miniatures)

    Ø Coordination Marketing pays :
    • Soutien quotidien des pays (supports marketing, visuels, présentations etc.)

    Ø Business Developpement :
    • Consolidation mensuelle des résultats sell-out H1 FY19
    • Suivi du plan d'expansion H1 FY19
    • Suivi des niveaux de stock nouveautes et collaterals
    • Aide à la préparation de présentation interne et du séminaire marketing Regional Roundtable de Septembre 2018

    Ø Support assistanat VP Marque


    • Business school student or University Master's Degree, specialized in Marketing and preferably in his/her last year of study
    • A previous experience in Marketing is required
    • Autonomous, takes initiative and is reactive to business demands
    • High attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills, strong communication skills and positive attitude with a team work mindset
    • Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory
    • Competent with Microsoft Office
    • An interest for beauty / luxury would be appreciated

  • Idéalement issu(e) d'une formation en marketing/business et actuellement en dernière année d'études (Master 2, Bac +4/5).
  • Il ou elle devra savoir prendre des initiatives et travailler de façon autonome, sans ressentir constamment le besoin d'être guidé tout au long de sa journée de travail. Il ou elle devra avoir un réel sens du travail en équipe, mettre à bien ses projets à temps et savoir communiquer efficacement avec n'importe quel membre de son équipe.
  • D'excellentes capacités d'analyses ainsi qu'un sens aigu de l'organisation sont requis pour ce poste ; en plus d'une maîtrise active du Pack Office (Word, Excel et PPT). Ce stage fait appel aux candidats qui aiment travailler au sein d'une petite équipe.
  • Un anglais courant (écrit, parlé) est demandé. Intérêts pour l'univers de la beauté, de la mode et/ou des produits fortement appréciés.
