Field Marketing Manager (Remote Eligible)

We are looking for a highly collaborative marketing manager responsible who will build our marketing function in the France and the Nordics region with previous experience owning marketing programs and building from the ground up. The opportunity in this role will be to help develop and execute on the marketing strategy and to push our marketing in the region to the next level. Working closely with the regional leaders, the local sales teams, broader EMEA business and cross functional stakeholders and agency partners. This individual will have first-class stakeholder management skills and will work as part of a broader collective team to drive results. 

This individual will report to our International Marketing Director located in our UK office. The role can be based in either in the UK or remote.

You will lead the:

    • Delivery of sponsored and Smartsheet hosted events (in person and virtual) including event strategies/planning, project management, onsite or virtual support and post-event analysis and reporting
    • Execution of locally led-campaigns and programs, includes partnering with brand for top of the funnel localisation of HQ-led campaigns, account-based marketing activity (vertical-specific and persona based).
    • Support France and Nordics sales led campaigns to drive demand and ensure alignment with sales teams across all campaigns and projects, associated lead-follow up processes and reporting
    • Management of the local content production process including support of translation efforts across all channels. 
    • Amplification of activities via PR and our social media channels
    • Coordination/creation of sales collateral and creation/localisation of sales team
    • Partner with channel marketing teams to support the channel partners in region through various marketing programs
    • Manage relationships with local partnership and industry bodies and associated sponsored programs
    • Work in partnership with our Demand Generation team to coordinate activity in the region
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in HQ including brand, creative, content, product marketing, events and research teams
    • Ensure tracking and reporting of all programs and initiatives - tracking ROI and key learnings
    • Maintain responsibility for budget tracking/management for all field marketing initiatives
    • French proficiency

You have:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience. B2B and SaaS preferred
  • Native French speaker; English proficient
  • Deep understanding of the France and Nordics software market, culture, buying behaviors, and localised marketing strategies to support 
  • High end writing skills to support localisation team and building content that will impact the local market
  • A hands-on, get-it-done demeanor with excellent team collaboration skills
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented, upbeat, optimistic and agile
