Smartronix is an information technology and engineering solutions provider specializing in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Health IT, Network Operations, and Mission-Focused Engineering.We are looking for a strong candidate to provide advanced, reliable and secure communications, knowledge management, information systems support (voice, video and data) and data center management for large LAN that supports our client's global Network Operations mission of operating and defending global enterprise network.
The candidate will provide on-site desktop and network support to four buildings in the local Quantico, VA area. A successful candidate will be part of an integrated team providing support to approximately 1200 users, and the ancillary devices needed to support them, including workstations, printers, telephones, Blackberries, servers, switches and Laptops. The average trouble tickets handled by the branch is approximately 1,032 per month. The candidate will be expected to perform onsite at the designated location in Quantico, VA. and travel may be required to support Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) and other exercises.
- Must have Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Technical Certification (MCDST, VCP, Windows OS, Network+, A+, CCNA, JNCIA)
- 5 Years related experience
- IAT II (CCNA-Security, GSEC, Security+ CE or SSCP)
- ITIL Foundations
