We are currently seeking a Billing Administrator at our Herndon, VA office.
Responsibilities for this position will include::
- Utilizing Deltek Costpoint and MS Excel, prepare direct contract billings to ensure all client invoices are billed accurately consistently within contract requirements and on a timely basis.
- Submit invoices using multiple methods which include: UPS, USPS, email and web applications.
- Research and resolve billing issues with internal and external clients to ensure prompt payment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills Possess excellent written and oral communication skills; be extremely well organized and able to handle multiple tasks within specific deadlines. Candidates must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, and highly detail-oriented. DoD/government contractor-based Accounting experience preferred.
Required Experience Qualified applicants must have 2-5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with Deltek Costpoint Project and Billing modules highly desired. Familiarity with different billing formats (T&M, CPFF, FP) also desired.
