HR & Global Mobility Officer, fast growing tech company, is now looking for a proactive, hands-on and meticulous person to build and drive our HR and global employee mobility operations forward! The position is fulltime, permanent and based in Helsinki.

As a Facebook Marketing Partner, building an automation and optimization tool for the largest Facebook advertisers globally. has over 500 customers globally (98% of revenue coming outside Finland), including eBay,,, Skyscanner, Foodpanda, Zalora etc. Our team is currently +150 people strong and we have employees from +20 different countries. Our offices are located in Helsinki, Berlin, San Francisco, New York, Buenos Aires and Singapore.

We’re definitely looking for you, if you have

  • Experience from HR, employment legislation or global mobility – preferably from an international company
  • Degree in Business and Administration, Law or similar
  • Passion for HR and employment legislation topics
  • Extremely fast learning ability and determination to achieve goals
  • Ability to dig into details, find the essence of a problem and the solution to it
  • Curiosity towards online advertising
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English language

As an HR & Global Mobility Officer at, you will

  • Build, own and develop processes for HR and global employee mobility
  • Manage and run mobility and relocation of employees, including our subsidiaries, visas, work permits, employee secondments, short-term rotations etc.
  • Ensure fills legal criterias as as employer in our countries of operation
  • Implement specific regulations and rules regarding labor legislation
  • Interact with external stakeholders in the countries of operation
  • Work closely with Talent, Legal and Operations teams
