APAC Marketing Lead

Work as part of our Asia Pacific team to make Smartly.io the leading online advertising technology partner, and a preferred brand recognized by online advertisers and talents across whole region and different verticals. You will also work together with our other marketing teams in US and EMEA to align on best strategies and building consistent brand globally.

As a Marketing Lead at Smartly.io, you will

  • Taking the lead of building marketing operations and team in Asia
  • Designing and running marketing campaigns across APAC region
  • Planning and implementing Smartly.io presence in major industry events
  • Planning and organizing Smartly.io events across region
  • Reviewing and writing blog posts to address different buyer personas
  • Creating case studies and blog posts to help communicate the benefits of our solution
  • Publishing content and editing it to look amazing on our website
  • Other creative productions (infographics, podcasts, video production, you name it)
  • Working together with talent team in developing a great employer brand
  • Working with the nicest and brightest teammates in a flat organisation
  • Having the opportunity to rotate globally between offices for weeks or months

We're definitely looking for you, if you have

  • Track record of developing standout marketing for SaaS companies in Asia. It's not the years that count but rather the things you have accomplished!
  • Exceptional ability and love for storytelling in a simple, thoughtful, and visual manner
  • Passion towards online marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to push yourself to exceed your goals
  • Super fast learning skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English + preferably one other relevant language (Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese)
  • Experience with marketing materials production
  • Skills in Photoshop / Indesign / similar

  • Good to have:
  • Some background in business or tech roles (sales, digital marketing, product management, developer)
  • Experience in working in a start-up environment

STEP 2 - Homework assignment where you'll learn the basics and more challenging concepts of the Facebook advertising industry. 

STEP 3 - 90 days plan and discussion about your passions and preferred role with your potential new teammates.

STEP 4 - Sales demo simulation where you need to convince us to start trial with the Smartly.io tool.

STEP 5 - Discussions with our leadership team.
