Overview
SkyePoint Decisions is currently seeking a Computer Programmer/Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. The Computer Programmer/Developer is responsible for software design, software development, unit/module/integration testing. This role supports the Bureau of Budget and Planning - Performance and Planning System (PPS). Candidates must have an active Moderate Risk Public Trust, Secret Clearance or higher for further consideration.
Responsibilities
- Software Development in a Microsoft ASP .Net environment
- Software Analysis and Software Design
- Designing data-driven software applications that interact with enterprise databases.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance or active Secret clearance (or higher)
- 3 years of experience in the IT field as a developer or programmer.
- Experience in the federal space in an enterprise environment required.
- Experience in a Microsoft ASP .Net enterprise environment as a software developer.
- Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Service or Azure DevOps for software configuration.
- Understanding of how to design data-driven software applications that interact with enterprise databases.
- Computer Science Degree preferred.
