To further strengthen our expanding sales team, we are now looking for a Client Engagement Manager to join our rapidly growing team SiriusDecisions is looking for highly motivated Client Engagement Manager looking to take the next step in their career by joining and contributing to our growing business. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be facilitating the client engagement process. In order to oversee each client's journey, you will be building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives to become their main point of contact for SiriusDecisions. 


Responsibilities:




  • The main point of contact for client questions, concerns, or requests and communicate accurate turnaround timelines and deliverables




  • Utilize active listening skills during client calls to help uncover additional client Inquiry, e-Learning, and Consulting needs




  • Schedule analyst virtual meetings on a regular basis to discuss their key areas of focus




  • Create and map out solutions to support client needs and provide continuous follow-up




  • Work closely with an Account Manager to qualify and gain client next steps




  • Help drive portal usage through effectively demonstrating the portal to clients on introductory calls




  • Act as the first line of client support for both the portal tool and any portal research questions 




  • Learn how B2B sales and marketing functions operate and how leaders of these organizations go about solving their daily business challenges




Desired Skills and Experience:




  • You have 2 + years corporate work experience




  • You are someone with at least a years experience in a client support role




  • You possess a high degree of self-confidence and solid interpersonal skills




  • You are service oriented, curious, smart, articulate and want to continuously learn




  • You are an excellent communicator; able to think on your feet with professional phone skills




  • A completed bachelor's degree preferred
