Sinclair's corporate IT team is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions. This role is responsible for planning, supporting, and managing the delivery of enterprise applications and integration solutions for Sinclair. The ideal candidate will understand the IT value chain and the processes performed by functional business areas. The Director will ensure the delivery team is closely integrated with the Project Management Office and Service Delivery teams. The director should adhere to a quality standard and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role will connect Sinclair's technical and business architecture frameworks and integrate them with solutions delivery. Enterprise solutions are to be defined, traced, and communicated consistently. Meaningful change, risk management controls, and demand management processes should be incorporated.

Specific Duties:

  • Oversee the delivery of IT enterprise applications and integration solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with leaders throughout Sinclair and establish cross-functional teams
  • Be accountable for strategic and operational alignment between critical business systems and their user groups
  • Experience with enterprise solutions, development, applications and project/portfolio management
  • Manage Enterprise Applications budget and provide input for relative budgets
  • Utilize system roadmaps to support corporate planning and goals
  • Develop, enforce, and communicate a governance structure for the delivery of enterprise solutions
  • Research existing systems and procedures in order to improve/redesign them where necessary
  • Construct reports that present analyses, project status, risks, and issues
  • Experience with and general understanding of technical infrastructure
  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP or SAP
  • Lead and manage teams to define, document, and standardize business needs, processes, flows and diagrams
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the delivery of all solutions and realize the projected value
  • Exercise direct leadership over the implementation of an enterprise suite of products and 3 rd party applications
  • Coordinate information/data changed that occur as part of system life cycle to ensure consistency
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Solid experience in the delivery of major IT solutions
  • Knowledgeable in CRM systems, finance systems, ERP systems, Oracle
  • Capable of working with various IT disciplines such as data, operations, IT security and networks, service management, etc.
  • Comfortable managing a team of 20-30 people
  • Proven experience leading successful initiatives
  • Strategic and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of change management application framework
  • Ability to manage technical stakeholders and ensure the use of best-in-class frameworks in the delivery of enterprise solutions
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups to translate business strategies, initiatives, goals, and objectives into an enterprise delivery capability
  • Apt in communicating technical concepts and breaking down complex business problems into layman's terms
  • A master's degree is required
