WCHS has an exciting, new opportunity for a Sales Promotions Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Consultants and Sales Management in creative effective sales promotions to help generate additional station revenue
  • Assist in the coordination of off-site sales and station events
  • Maintain positive client relationships through contact, production and promotion
  • Work with the Creative Services producers to create on-time video sales presentations for specific events and projects
  • Oversee production of all graphic support for all sales incentive programs, sponsored news events, or station promotions as necessary
  • Work with Creative Services Director to determine and implement necessary inventory requirements for ratings periods, client and station events
  • Ensure that promotional footage (sports raw footage, show tie-ins, etc.) is properly archived for use in future promotions and sales efforts
  • Maintain proper records and statistics related to sales promotions and on-air contests. Ensure all station contests have corporate approved rules
  • Oversee creation of all necessary graphics for inclusion in Sales Presentations in a timely manner upon request from Sales Promotion Coordinator, Research Director, Sales Managers, General Manager or Creative Services Director
  • Oversee and/or create updated One Sheet Sales pieces in a timely manner as requested or when necessary
  • Assist Director of Sales, National Sales Managers, Local Sales Managers, and Marketing Consultants with creation, coordination, production and execution of sales opportunities & other client services
  • increase ratings and generate revenue
  • Seek out opportunities in the market for the Stations that increase viewership and help to generate revenue

Experience:

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative and OSi
