Sinclair Broadcast Group is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal who is extremely organized and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review, negotiate and draft tower and other real estate leases
  • Assist in the negotiation and closings of real estate and other transactions
  • Provide daily support to stations regarding real estate questions
  • Provide contracts administration services by tracking real estate projects and legal obligations
  • Review real estate related documents including, easements, estoppel certificates, assignments, lease renewals and lease amendments
  • Assist with real estate due diligence, as needed, in connection with transactions
  • Assist as needed on special projects not related to real estate
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or corporation with primary emphasis on real estate transactions including leases and transactional closings
  • Ability to (i) complete and prioritize a large volume of tasks for multiple clients within deadline, (ii) work efficiently and effectively, and exercise independent judgment, and (iii) provide excellent customer service to Sinclair's management and stations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
