Sinclair Broadcast Group is looking for a Procure to Pay Specialist!
Responsibilities include :
- High volume AP Data entry (400 plus invoices per week)
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing of company-wide invoices, achieving or exceeding targets for Accounts Payable
- Resolves AP processing exceptions by working with the appropriate external and internal contacts
- Researches vendor inquires and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning invoice status and payments
- Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings
- Work with the Supplier team as appropriate to resolve issues and ensure accurate tax reporting
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
- At least two (2) years of experience is preferred
- 4-year degree is preferred
