Paid Search Supervisor

Compulse Integrated Marketing, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for an experienced Paid Search Supervisor to efficiently manage in-house services and products including media buying, SEM Campaigns and Paid Search initiatives. The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Supervisor position will be passionate and up-to-date with current digital media and marketing trends.

The Digital Marketing Supervisor's daily responsibilities:

  • Train and develop team for in-house media buying (SEM, YouTube and Social campaigns)
  • Participate in RFP process, including but not limited to: assist in development of media plans and quotes, provide recommendations for in-house services including social content curation, and media buying
  • Act as main liaison for media buying and social services for digital sales managers
  • Act as main liaison for in-house services for external clients and/or work directly with Account Management team to ensure KPI's are met
  • Pull reports and provide campaign recommendations for internal managers
  • Provide day-to-day digital leadership to internal team members to ensure deadlines, budgets, strategy and management meet or exceed outlined expectations, and ensure client's needs are met
  • Oversee Google Events and coordinate communication and efforts across the company with Google
  • Assist the Social & Search Marketing Manager with maintaining and developing vision for in-house services
  • Support Social & Search Marketing manager with team supervision and manifesting management directives

Required Skills
The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Supervisor position will be:
  • Comfortable managing multiple digital advertisement campaigns simultaneously
  • Organized, and excel at multi-tasking
  • Talented problem-solver & creative-thinker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong in writing & verbal communication skills
  • Confident and familiar with purchasing digital, online advertisement space & trafficking/placement of ads
  • The ability to create strategy for different advertising campaigns based
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and efficient
  • Client-focused and result-driven

Required Experience
To be considered for the Digital Marketing Supervisor position the ideal candidate will meet or exceed the below expectations:
  • 4+ years at a digital marketing agency or publisher
  • 4+ years working with Google Adwords & YouTube Advertising
  • 1-2 years as a team leader in a digital marketing agency or publisher or as an account manager and/or people leader
  • Google AdWord certification
  • Must have advanced knowledge of digital marketing products including outreach and back-end web services
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics and Digital Campaign performance metrics
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
