Marketing and Communications Intern

Bally Sports is looking for a Marketing and Communications Intern for the summer! This intern will support network marketing plans including ideation and scheduling on-air and off-channel promotions.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or related field

• Knowledge of video editing, Adobe Photoshop and Abode After Effects is a plus

• Schedule that allows student to work remotly15-20 hours/week. If the candidate is based in Los Angeles, or near a Bally Sports regional office, they will have the flexibility to work remotely or come into the office.

o Office Location in Los Angeles: 3003 Exposition Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404

• Interest and some background knowledge on Bally Sports teams

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ideally the candidate will start in late May/early June for a 10-week period.

Responsibilities:

• Support network marketing plans including ideation and scheduling on-air and off-channel promotions

• Support on-air promotions by assisting with promo planning, commissioning, and quality control

• Contribute to promotional/marketing and sales recaps for partners, clients, and teams

• Contribute to planning and execution of network activations/events

• Contribute to marketing initiatives/tune-in planning and execution on social media.

• Introduction to other network departments such as digital/social media, programming, production, and ad sales

• Assist with partner/team research for various network partner/team projects

- The compensation for this Internship is $16 an hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
