Responsibilities:
  • No day is the same. If you excel in an active, fast-moving environment and have the drive to learn the many different areas of Human Resources, this position is perfect for you
  • You will work with experienced HR professionals and will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects
  • You will assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments
  • You will support employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program or be considered a recent graduate
  • Must be at least in your sophomore year of an accredited college/university
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willing to work approximately 15 hours a week for 10 weeks, beginning in late May/early June of 2024 There may be a variety in hours
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to work from our Hunt Valley, MD location
