KOKH FOX 25 & KOCB 34, in Oklahoma City, is looking for a Director of Sales. Are you an innovative General Sales Manager or Local Sales Manager who enjoys growing revenue and market share?  Are you a team building communicator with 5+ years of TV Sales Management experience? Do you have a successful track record of taking your station to new sales heights? Then we have a great opportunity for you! We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing new business development and an ability to take advantage of the impressive portfolio of digital products Sinclair offers.  Proven success in these two areas is a must for this important position.

This position requires a dynamic, hands-on and experienced sales leader that can direct the local sales departments of multiple stations, in maximizing all sales opportunities with a focus on developing new direct and digital business. You must have a proven record of success as a broadcast sales management professional, including new business, digital sales, and account development. You must be able to manage multiple managers and sales teams effectively, as well as hire and develop new sales talent. You also should have a strong background in managing and pricing inventory and be responsible for budgets, forecasting, sales promotion, and development of non-traditional revenue sources for each market.


  • Local TV sales management experience is essential
  • Motivational, negotiation and problem solving abilities are required
  • Positive and strong leadership skills are an absolute must!
  • Familiarity with News Media and high proficiency with computers required (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint: OSI is a plus)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under stress and deadline pressure
