Asheville, NC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This role will be responsible for assisting staff with, posting payments, and tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues. This includes being responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues. This position will be an integral part of the AR Team and will provide assistance with accounts receivable functions for multiple television stations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain various A/R reports
- Maintain up-to-date records in system
- Work closely with Collectors by monitoring unapplied/unidentified cash
- Reconciliation of accounts as needed
- Carry out A/R activities according to specific procedures and deadlines
- Investigate and resolve customer queries as needed
- Communicate with internal personnel via phone or email
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Post client payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
The hourly compensation range for this role is $18.25 - $21.60 . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
