About the Role:

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience. In addition to welcoming Simplifeye's newest customers, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support post-training, ensuring that customers fully adopt the platform and understand the value of the service. You will be dedicated to supporting our new and existing customers to ensure they receive the maximum benefit of their services. You’re quick on your feet, know how to multitask, and you’re great at communicating complex concepts simplistically. You shouldn’t shy away from being on the phone or chatting with clients via email. You have an innate ability to create Simplifeye champions, and be the true product and industry expert on every call - you naturally engage and excite people and have the patience of a saint.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line of communication post-sales 
  • Train customers and implement the Simplifeye suite of products into practices in a timely fashion 
  • Build the foundation of and strengthen customer relationships
  • Influence and reinforce customer engagement
  • Following up with clients to ensure best practices are followed
  • Participate in testing the product you’ll be supporting
  • Become an expert on our products and internal processes
  • Handle basic product support inquiries 
  • Gather and provide feedback for all departments, which includes but is not limited to Sales, Product, and Engineering. You are the eyes and ears of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm and friendly disposition
  • Must be comfortable communicating issues in a public forum
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Team-first mentality
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience supporting Android and iOS devices is a plus
  • Experience in a sales or client-facing role is a plus
