We're hiring a Product Manager LiFi systems in our LiFi business unit to help us meet our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing...

As a Product Manager LiFi you will play a key role within the team linking our product development and research activities to proven needs in the market. Based on solid market research and knowledge on the competition landscape you steer the roadmap to be fully customer oriented. As technological development will also continue, you have the responsibility, together with the sales team to validate the technology in the market. You will need to act market based but also factor in our innovation drive.

You'll focus on:
  • Translating market insight (local competition, market trends, customer needs, technology trends) and define the roadmap for the segment
  • Leading market research in cooperation with the commercial team in the venture, as well as markets and other parts of Signify (for instance Design)
  • Translating (latent) customer needs into clear performance criteria and product and service specification of our solution
  • In cooperation with segment manage introduction process (SAP, catalogues , pricelist, etc.)
  • Working closely with the development team to seek opportunities driven by technical development
  • Validating propositions in markets, independently or in cooperation with sales
  • Together with the segment creating clear value propositions for your segment, and support marketing and sales in translating this to a clear customer story
  • Being part of strategic cooperation in your segment
We want you to have...
  • Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing/Electrical Engineering or Engineering/Technical Discipline required - MBA in Marketing or related is preferred
  • Experience in the Office and/or Hospitality market segments preferred
  • 5+ years of in-depth knowledge in setting up Product Roadmap, product positioning, pricing, sales, distribution, service and promotion plan to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, forecasting, NPI.
  • 8+ years of total professional experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in market/customer facing operations: Business to Business (B2B- different go-to-market models)
