- Manage online distributors to achieve revenue targets
- Implement locally relevant go to market strategy to drive sales growth and market share
- Execute the Online Lighting Strategy Pillars in the context of local market trends and opportunities.
- Bachelor degree in business management/ economy/technology with marketing specialization, MBA in Sales/Mktg
- 5+ yrs in a fast paced industry with at least 3+years in key commercial roles
- 3+ years in market/customer facing operations with focus in the specific domain and with different go-to-market models
- 3+ years of proven track-record in key account management and value based selling principles
- 3 yrs distributor management experience
