We're looking for a Director Digital Experience to join our Customer Experience in Atlanta GA, Midtown/Peachtree City, GA. You'll manage a team of Digital Product Managers, Digital Product Owners and Digital Operations personnel, which build, execute, and run various experiences within our digital ecosystem. You will lead alignment of the overall vision and execution of experiences across assigned journeys of the customer experience, influencing and working collaboratively with key partners across the organization. This role is also responsible for daily operations of the existing digital experiences.

What you'll do
  • Collaborate - Partner with IT and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmaps and end state visions. Ability to create documentation to explain and sell vision and roadmaps.
  • Interpret -Ability to interpret business performance drivers, the competitive landscape and customer needs to develop comprehensive roadmaps. Experience managing sophisticated and ambiguous initiatives and driving to real, tangible experiences and benefits.
  • Manage - Skilled in managing and motivating a team. Lead a team of digital managers and senior managers to define the digital strategy and initiatives roadmap, aligning with senior leaders and key partners to ensure business objectives are clearly defined and met. Ensure change management strategy and related activities are well coordinated. Assist teams in overcoming roadblocks to ensure timelines and commitments.
  • Analyze - Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment. Review customer feedback to inform future roadmap items.
  • Communicate - Utilize your balance of technical knowledge and business acumen and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. Capable of addressing and disagreeing with senior leaders. Ability to synthesize data to "tell the story" rather than just reporting numbers. Able to move and thrive in a matrixed, global organization.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or 10+ years relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • Working knowledge of content management systems, product information management systems, and digital assets management platforms.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Prior experience in the Lighting Industry, preferred
  • Prior experience with SAP, preferred
  • Prior experience with JIRA, preferred
