As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders and process returns.
You'll be part of global customer service team with Signify Entertainment, interacting with both sales and supply chain functions.

What you'll do
- Check availability of order and prepares delivery proposals.
- Accept and validate sales orders.
- Manage sales orders up to delivery.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services.
- Manage combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival products.
- Manage customer master data.
- You hold a High School diploma and/or 0-3 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Experience and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
- You are passionate about providing excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills next to a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Good computer skills.
