We're looking for a Analyst Purchase who'll be responsible to Drive procurement for all Direct and Indirect commodities.

You'll be part of the Signify Supply chain and its responsibilities are PO management and Invoice management, so Problem Solving, Taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA.
What you'll do
- Strong SCM functional knowledge.
- Knowledge of end-to-end PO management.
- Excellent supplier relationship management to work with global suppliers.
- Follow-up for order confirmation and co-ordination for on time payment to suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of material.
- To meet or exceed desired service levels and inventory targets as defined for the products assigned, validated through procurement metrics.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
- Well versant with terms like cost savings, cost avoidance.
- Customer centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.
- Meets defined SLA and KPI's on performance and quality in given TAT.
- Collaborative working style to deal with internal & external stakeholders.
- Able to provide timely resolution on invoices.
- Approach towards digitalization for productivity improvement.
- Proactive & result driven approach to meet KPIs.
- Ability to work in supply chain related challenging situations.
- Accountability & ownership of materials and actions associated with them.
- Intermediate expertise on ERP - preferably SAP and MS office tools.
- Knowledge of Improvement tools - Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean practice etc.
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution is preferred with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
