Position Overview
The Internship programme offers a fantastic opportunity to embark on a 12-month placement with our Early Talent Recruitment Team, where you'll play a vital role in shaping Early Careers recruitment strategies within Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW). This internship could serve as the ideal foundation for launching your career in the exciting realm of Talent Acquisition.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with local universities and third-party partners to support effective pipelining
- Support the EMEA Early Careers team with the attraction, sourcing and interviews of early talents through advertising, social media and other channels
- Supporting Early Careers events either through attendance or co-ordination activities.
- Support the Early Careers Talent Partners with planning, coordination and delivery of activities and events related to Early Talent Programs throughout the year
- Handling applications through our applicant tracking system (Avature) and following screening steps including CV shortlisting against role requirements
- Co-ordination and facilitation of assessment centres to select successful candidates
- Leading the candidate experience throughout the process to ensure they have the best possible experience
- Acting as an employer ambassador of Siemens Software to promote our brand at every opportunity throughout the early career's recruitment cycle.
What you will bring:
- Graduate or undergraduate with a specialisation in Human Resources or a related field.
- The ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Curiosity and adaptability in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, or any other European laguange (preferred but not essential)
- Be enthusiastic about using social media and other platforms to promote your activities.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage priorities.
- Flexible to travel as you will be required to attend events occasionally with some overnight stay.
