We're currently recruiting co-ops and interns for our Summer Strategic Student Program. Our co-op positions will allow you to find a career path that most inspires you. Technology & Innovation Intern
Our Department Technology & Innovation (T&I) is responsible for high-tech, innovative research and development. T&I provides and manages shared platform, architecture, technology innovation and development services.
Current research topics include Artificial Intelligence, cloud-based software, high performance computing, knowledge-based software, advanced CAD, CAM, and Simulation, etc. with application to many novel engineering domains including robotics and autonomous systems, additive and hybrid manufacturing, Internet of Things, Digital Twin, Metaverse, etc.

Project assignments in this organization vary greatly depending on the technical and business needs.
You will champion projects that allow you to:
- Develop or improve budget and financial performance measurement and reporting capabilities for internal Siemens and external partner stakeholders.
- Work with the business and finance teams to devise internal and with-partner workflows and tools that increase effectiveness of program execution.
- Improve communications, interaction, and support capabilities with the partner ecosystems.
- Develop the ability to operate with minimal supervision over the course of the internship
- Research and help develop innovative methods to confront business challenges
Organization Requirements:
- Studying for a bachelor's or master's degree, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Rapidly learn new software and methods
- Skills in Business Intelligence software is a plus.
- Cloud or Amazon Web Service (AWS) experience is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passionate, driven, and proactive
- Unwaveringly passionate about solving technical challenges
- Independent thinker and self-motivated researcher
- Sharp and tenacious trouble shooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off.
