• Critical lead in the development of successful sales strategies aligned to Campaigns and Digital Threads for competitive displacement and broadening the overall Siemens portfolio usage within the customer

• Work with Sales leadership team to develop focused sales and account strategies for the Battery industry

• Utilize advanced knowledge of Industry trends, business drivers, best practices, engineering and manufacturing processes, and competitive differentiation to lead pursuit teams that will prepare and deliver compelling customer experiences in support of selling efforts

• Crucial leader and technical orchestrator within Siemens Digital Industries Software sales process

Responsibilities:

• This candidate will be responsible to establish and build a trusted advisor and credible business and technical consultant relationship with clients and sales executives

• Oversee and guide the customer in the selection of appropriate solutions and suites of technology

• Gather and advise the customer in the definition of high level business and technical requirements

• Provide guidance on the technical capabilities and business value of their current and proposed Siemens solution portfolio

• Orchestrate the Presales team the development and delivery of presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, and other activities

• Establish and maintain a disciplined process across sale and presales, utilizing proven tactics and tools throughout the customer engagement

• Develop/maintain a high-level knowledge of the entire breadth of Siemens' digital enterprise product design and manufacturing portfolio and how they support specific industry trends and technologies

• Lead and orchestrate the construction of meaningful collateral for client requests for information (RFI, etc.), proposals (RFP, RFQ, etc.), demonstrations and proof of concept exercises • Maintain knowledge of current events, news, trends and business drivers of the Battery industry

• Document and share best practices and customer success stories within the vertical, BU and across the organization

• Must be open to an average of 30% - 50% travel, mostly in USA

• Shown experience (>2 years) within Battery Industry, ideally at a battery start-up

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in PLM space, which includes doing the proof of concepts, defining requirements and scope of PLM Solutions deployment, as well as being part of the selection process

• BS/BA in Engineering or Manufacturing-related discipline

• Experience leading and managing teams of technical and business consultants from within, and outside of their formal organization

• Excellent verbal group presentation and written communications skills

• Impeccable organizational skills that positively influence teams with a common understanding of what success looks like

• Self-starter, motivated and able to work with a minimum of direct supervision

• Must be open and able to travel an average of 30%, almost exclusively domestic

• Strongly prefer a candidate located in the greater Detroit area, or commutable distance

• Proven success and experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering role in the Battery industry

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Experience with Teamcenter or Mentor portfolio.

• Knowledge of the MOM and/or PLM competitive landscape

The total cashcompensation range for this position is $181,300 to $362,600 with 15% of this beingcomprised of an annual incentive target.The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
