Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Provide support and guidance to Private Market sales team to achieve sales target in assigned territories for assigned medical product lines.

为非公市场销售团队提供支持和指导,以完成所负责产品在指定地区的销售目标。

- Guide sales team to Identify continuously opportunities for growth and improvement in existing private market, and develop new customers and business.

指导销售团队在现有的非公市场客户中发掘业务持续增长和提升的机会并开发新的客户和业务。

- Develop and maintain relationship with private market customer in responsible area.

在所负责的区域内开发与维护非公市场客户的关系

- Support Regional Director to manage, plan, and analysis private market, for long - term business growth and increase market share.

协助区域总监管理、计划、分析本区域的非公市场 , 以实现长期的业务增长和市场份额的增长

- Cooperate with cross functional departments, to ensure full customer satisfaction.

- Act as first escalation instance, for respectively occurring business cases and issues.

- Lead Private Market project management in assigned territories.

作为负责人管理指定区域内的非公市场项目。

- Give constant coach to sales team for skill enhancement and development.

持续地给予销售指导,以提高团队的销售能力。

- Support sales team for recruitment, motivation and retention.

协助管理销售团队,包括人员的招聘、留任和激励等相关工作。

- Other tasks assigned by management.

Your qualifications and experience:

- 6-years above working experience, 3-years experience in direct sales management, 3-years experience in project management , 1-year management experience within sales function.

6 年以上的工作经验, 3 年以上的直销经验, 3 年以上的销售项目管理经验, 1 年以上的销售管理经验。

- Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics.

对于销售周期、销售机会管理和谈判策略等方面具备丰富知识。

- Familiar with Private business, private customer and local market.

熟悉非公业务,非公市场客户和当地市场。

- Familiar with sales workflow, and understand sales chain.

熟悉销售流程,理解销售链管理。

- Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.

业务导向,具备跨文化敏感度和逻辑思维。

- Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure.

积极的工作态度,能够承受高压的工作。

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as good command of English.

优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,良好的英语水平。

- Frequent travel is required.
