Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented

  • We offer various IT services for our clients, for example also for the software solutions developed by us. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of one of our services, which you will continuously develop and optimise.
  • You also support the service in daily operational support: You reproduce incidents reported by users, track them in the ticket system and drive their solution-oriented processing.
  • In our larger projects, development, test and IT operations work closely together. In such a DevOps environment, you coordinate various interfaces, work with appropriate KPIs and are responsible for compliance with the agreed SLAs.

Your qualifications - sound and adequate

  • You have a successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable education/qualification.
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in service management and IT support.
  • You are familiar with the processes and standards from ITIL and have the corresponding qualifications.
  • Your way of working is structured and quality-conscious, and your customer is your focus.
  • You enjoy managing a team as much as working together in a team. Communication and presentation are among your strengths.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
