Senior Sales Manager

What are my responsibilities?

  • Perform Business Target Agreement (BTA) figures e.g. Order Intake, Revenue and Margin, numbers of new customer and new portfolio in responsible segment
  • Work and collaborate closely with relevant colleagues i.e. Bid Management, Project Management, Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor, control and manage opportunity pipeline and its quality/accuracy.
  • Lead the team for System and Solution opportunity life cycle (from Lead Management till Project Handover phase)
  • To be Knowledgeable, Agile, Profitable, Efficient and Creative (KAPEC)
  • Build-up, maintain and develop good relationships with customer assess, customer's needs, suggest product and service adaption when necessary.
  • Track, Report current and future opportunities on a monthly basis to the superior
  • Other as assign by superior

What do I need to quality for this job?
  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or Related Field or Equivalent
  • Minimum 10 year of experience in Sales of Industrial Segment. Experience in Power Plant (conventional or renewable) is preferable.
  • Experience / Knowledge for Low and Medium Voltage is a special consideration.
  • Team and Doable attitude.
  • To be Knowledgeable, Agile, Profitable, Efficient and Creative (KAPEC)
  • Systematic Thinking with Flexibility Working
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer oriented
  • Good team player, communication skills and customer oriented
  • Good of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Have own car and able to travel upcountry
