What are my responsibilities?
- Perform Business Target Agreement (BTA) figures e.g. Order Intake, Revenue and Margin, numbers of new customer and new portfolio in responsible segment
- Work and collaborate closely with relevant colleagues i.e. Bid Management, Project Management, Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Monitor, control and manage opportunity pipeline and its quality/accuracy.
- Lead the team for System and Solution opportunity life cycle (from Lead Management till Project Handover phase)
- To be Knowledgeable, Agile, Profitable, Efficient and Creative (KAPEC)
- Build-up, maintain and develop good relationships with customer assess, customer's needs, suggest product and service adaption when necessary.
- Track, Report current and future opportunities on a monthly basis to the superior

What do I need to quality for this job?
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or Related Field or Equivalent
- Minimum 10 year of experience in Sales of Industrial Segment. Experience in Power Plant (conventional or renewable) is preferable.
- Experience / Knowledge for Low and Medium Voltage is a special consideration.
- Team and Doable attitude.
- To be Knowledgeable, Agile, Profitable, Efficient and Creative (KAPEC)
- Systematic Thinking with Flexibility Working
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer oriented
- Good team player, communication skills and customer oriented
- Good of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
- Have own car and able to travel upcountry
