We at Siemens Advanta Slovakia develop systemsfor intelligent buildings. We create monitoring and management systems thatincrease security and protect property, improve comfort for building occupants,streamline overall operations and reduce energy consumption.
We are looking for a senior back-end developer fora project intended to improve energy efficiency and sustainability ofbuildings - offices, hospitals, hotel chains, etc. You will be working withup-to-date technologies in an international scrum team which closelycollaborates with colleagues in Switzerland and Germany. Our goal is toimplement a highly responsive, scalable and secure solution with attractivelook & feel which will be used across the world by our external customers -facility managers, building owners and others.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Analysis, design and implementation in Java or C#
- Implementation of unit tests for your code
- Document your design and code
- Participate on scrum events - daily stand-up, sprint review, demo, retrospective
- Communicating with product management and team member from other teams about interfaces and dependencies
We expect
3+ years of experience in software development projects
Mandatoryskills:
• Object orientedanalysis, design and implementation
• Experience withprogramming in object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, typescript)
• Experience withcloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS)
• Knowledge of designpatterns
• Experience with workingin a SCRUM team
Nice to have skills:
• UML
• SQL
• Service OrientedArchitecture (rest)
Language Requirements:
• English (B2 minimum)
Personality requirements and skills:
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary from 1900 EUR brutto/month + variable bonus
