Siemens Healthineers North America is looking for an ambitious professional for a high visibility role around sales order data and sales compensation for the Diagnostic business.

  • The ability to understand and model data streams from order capture through final sales compensation
  • creating and executing complex calculation models
  • a laser focus on accuracy of results
  • hunting data outliers and anomalies that can jeopardize the intent of the models
  • the ability to transform the output of a specialized team

The efforts will have high visibility to a Steering Committee which includes the SHS NAM CFO, the Head of the North American Diagnostics business and the Head of Marketing, Sales Operations & Communications. A successful professional will be able to set the mark for themselves to boost their career at Siemens Healthineers in either the Customer Finance or MSC Commercial Excellence organizations.

Who should apply?

Talented professionals with potential, relying on:
• Mindset:

o Analytical brain

o Driven to self-investigate suspect numbers/data

o Laser-focus on 100% accuracy
• Skills:

o Advanced Excel

o Understanding relational databases

o Mid-level MS Access

o Joining information in (Excel) files helpful

o Basic understanding of data flows, data warehouse helpful, but not required

o Ability to communicate explain business requirements to IT to translate into IT/system requirements

o Ability to explain complex commission issues

o Ability to perform complex financial impact analysis

o Ability to review processes and procedures and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Knowledge of the Diagnostics or similar business preferred
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or related field
  • 5-7 years experience
