As a Product Portfolio ManagementProfessional: IMMULITE Systems and Partners you will manage the core and mostchallenging product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with fullresponsibility for the results, including definition of their customer andmarket requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, roadmapping. You will constantly observerelevant competitors' product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s). Define product marketing strategies(product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion). Establish and manage or synchronize a crossfunctional team to realize the development goals of the product(s), solution(s)and/or service(s) assigned. You willlead large development initiatives and work closely with other development coreteams to introduce new products and enhancements. Drive the businessperformance of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned over thewhole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole processchain (PLM / SCM / CRM). Lead and setthe standards for activities to continuously improve the product lifecyclemanagement.

As a Product Portfolio Management Professional,you will be responsible for establishing a network of external partners torealize the overall strategic goals of the business. The types of partnerrelationships will encompass development, distribution, and access to newmarkets. You will establish strategies that leverage the unique strength of thepartners with the strengths of Siemens to have highly successful and synergisticrelationships. You will need to understand the regulatory landscape to identifyopportunities where partner relationships will allow easier access to markets.You will build this network of partners to be robust and long lasting.

The Product Portfolio Management Professionalreports to the Head of IMMULITE Market and Business Development. You willinteract with all members of the Marketing and Sales Organization to achievethe objectives of the responsible products. Strong communication and interpersonalskills are required for successful interaction with members of all BusinessArea functions to achieve objectives.

This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Portfolio Management Professional, you will beresponsible for:

  • Leading theIMMULITE System PHT.
  • You will be theoverall product manager for the IMMULITE Systems to execute on a new growthstrategy and enhancement projects
  • You will reportproduct health status to the IA Franchise Team
  • You will identifyand create long term relationships with new external partners to execute on newstrategy. Creative relationships will be required to overcome development costsand regulatory goals such as
  • You will be theAllergy Development partner where return on investment is very challenging
  • Partners that canaccelerate the access to the China market
  • You will elevateour leadership in the new veterinary market
  • You will enhancedistribution partner support
