We are looking for a Manufacturing Product Engineer to join our Siemens Digital Industries Division based in Congleton Site.
You'll make an impact by:
- Design, plan, adopt, and support electro-mechanical product assembly processes within our electronics manufacturing facility.
- Oversee the production of over 600,000 industrial power/control products per year.
- Manage a fast-paced, dynamic, and technology-driven environment.
- Balance business performance management and improvement with digitization and automation innovation planning and adoption.

You excel in:
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on end-to-end product assembly processes.
- Experience performing Continuous Improvement activities within a manufacturing environment using Lean Tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in electro-mechanical fixing technologies, packing, and related areas.
- Ability to adopt and develop core technologies within product assembly processes.
- Potential to become a globally recognized technology expert, shaping the future of manufacturing.
- Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with the latest digitization trends and technologies.
