Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, Coordinate or Drive End to End (E2E) delivery chain performance and Lead Time Agreement
• Interface to DI LOG HQ E2E, BU, SU, Procurement, sales, OM, etc., of the DI delivery E2E performance and LTA as liaison of logistics topics
• Develop logistics use cases and reports tailored to sales commercial's needs to smooth daily business
• Be ambassador to digital tools or applications, including but not confined to RPA, RDA, AGV, automated packing line, Qlik, etc. to drive productivity improvement and cost saving potentials
• Leverage and analyze logistics data to detect continuous improvement opportunities. Based on the data analysis result, leading agile teams to take concrete actions to turn opportunities into realizations
• Lead or proactively participate in E2E delivery related logistics projects as project manager and function expert
• Support and contribute to projects or key strategical tasks from other teams as material planning& availability, DC management, transport management or engineering business in Logistics Competence Center
• Lead a team of logistics project managers

Main Requirements:
• Business, Logistics or industrial engineering educational background with master degree
• Business English working proficiency
• Min. 8 to 10 years working years, thereof at least 5 years are dedicated to supply chain or logistics
• Team player and proven leadership and communication skill
• Logistics project manager experience preferred, with demonstrated customer-oriented and result-oriented approach
• Rich experience and solid performance at E2E delivery chain or logistics areas
