The Learning and Development Business Partner will providelearning & development consultancy and advice to Zone and Country GSCSFunctional Lead Managers for Customer Support, Customer Success, Hub andRenewal Sales to support the delivery of Country/Zone/Global targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collectand consolidate demand and needs analysis to contribute to annual trainingplans for each Country/Vertical aligned with global strategies and programs.
  • Validateand prioritise demand requests for learning to produce a prioritised set ofagreed deliverables.
  • Workwith Learning Program Managers to provide requirements for the sourcing ordevelopment of new appropriate learning & development provision to meetplans.
  • Buildand deliver tactical, one off learning to meet local need. Promote the use of learning& development processes, policies, tools and solutions within the business.
  • Evaluateand assess the adoption and value of learning for continual improvement.
  • Participatein relevant Country/Vertical, Zone or Global Customer Support, Customer Success,Hub and Renewal Sales Management Meetings contributing to planning andreporting of learning & development activities.
  • Participatein setting global priorities for content, program and initiative developmentoriginating from agreed learning & development objectives.
  • Contributeto the creation and implementation of Global learning & developmentstrategy, approaches, processes and policies.
  • Worksunder self management, managing tasks of moderate to complex scope.

Learning & Development Consultancy:

  • Attendrelevant Customer Support, Customer Success, Hub and Renewal SalesManagement/Leadership Council meetings and brief the Senior Managers on currentL&D activities, gather input into future initiatives and consult onadoption
  • Undertakeregular training needs analysis with Country/Vertical Customer Support,Customer Success, Hub and Renewal Sales functional team taking input fromperformance management, career development and business strategy to form partof country annual development plans to support the business
  • Undertakeregular demand management activities with the Country/Vertical CustomerSupport, Customer Success, Hub and Renewal Sales functional teams to meet shortterm business needs linked to pipeline/opportunities.
  • Recommendmost appropriate learning intervention within business and budget constraints.
  • DeliverL&D consultancy to Country, Zone and Global organisations in line withL&D strategy.
  • Encouragethe adoption of L&D support processes and tools
  • Selectappropriate projects from Country/Vertical/Zone demand for global developmentand support successful L&D delivery
  • SupportProduct, Business Method and Tools enablement including taking the lead whenrequired as key enablement point of contact
  • Workwith zones and global teams to support the enablement of partners
  • Runinternal training network (ITN) for relevant business unit
  • Learning& Development Solution Sourcing, Development and Delivery
  • Facilitateand support global delivery of training courses and core learning programmesand wider events where required
  • Scope,design and develop or source training materials and approaches external toexisting curriculum, to meet immediate tactical and one off training needs forzones/countries, including localisation of materials where agreed and in linewith strategic goals.
  • Identifykey development program requirements and work with L&D Learning ProgramsManager to ensure program is scoped and built to meet stated needs.
  • Whererequired, take a lead role in the organisation of Zone and Global conferencecontent
  • Delivertraining where required

Global Learning & Development Team:

  • Inconjunction with other global L&D team members, contribute to thedefinition of the L&D global strategy
  • Attendand report to Global L&D meetings
  • Inconjunction with other global L&D team members contribute to thedevelopment of Global L&D policies, processes, standards and tools
  • Contributeto the development of core frameworks for the delivery of learning anddevelopment
  • Helpto promote adoption of global projects and initiatives
  • Own orcontribute to allocated global projects


  • Supportthe organizational culture, values and reputation in company markets and withall staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
  • Willingand able to travel to appropriate work locations, as required by SISW orspecified by the customer pursuit/project.
  • Willingand available to work the core hours required by SISW or specified by thecustomer project, respecting local country legislation and company policies.
